Benefit Golf Outing:  This year’s Golf Outing will be held on June 16th at Fox Meadows.  The cost is $140 to participate and it will be a scramble format.  The committee is now planning and working hard.  Ask Linda Radencic what you can do to help.

Board of Directors Elections:  Congratulations to the new board members that were elected at tonight’s meeting.  The new members are Cinzia Rolling, Don Spickler and Dan Watson.

Program:  Tonight’s speaker was Brad Grubb.  Brad has been a member of our club since 1994.  Prior to being in our club, Brad participated in a Group Study Exchange to South Africa.  Brad spoke to us about our club’s own web site.  The web address is www.medinarotary.org.  Our site was put up 4 years ago but was not very accessible.  One thing Brad has learned in working with websites is that they need to be simple with easy navigation.  Brad has enlisted the help of Brian Vereb to work on our site.  Brian has donated his time to improve the Rotary Club website.

On our website, you can download the newsletter, access the event calendar and even find a few links to other clubs.  Brad reminded all of us that chairmen of any project can submit information to be added to the website.  Ideas were discussed on giving certain members access to add information.  It was a good brainstorming session as well as informative.

Brad also reminded us about the Rotary International website and all that it offers.  There is information on GSE, the foundation and also meeting locations all around the world.  Forms are also available on the International website.  If you had not had a chance, check out both our website and Rotary International’s.

THE FOUR WAY TEST

“Of the things we think, say or do:

First - Is it the Truth?

Second - Is it Fair to all Concerned?

Third - Will it build Goodwill and Better Friendships?

Fourth - Will it be Benefitical to all Concerned
